Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

At Aavinyaa, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you face an issue with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product.
  • Your return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Charges

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect products: No return charges will apply.
  • For any approved return requested as a special exception (outside our standard policy): A ₹250 return handling fee will be applicable.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@aavinyaa.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we'll share the next steps.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Charges

  • Size Exchange: ₹250 exchange handling fee.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect product: No exchange fee will be charged.

To request an exchange, email us at support@aavinyaa.com with your Order ID and the size you'd like.

Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Once an approved return is received and passes our quality inspection, you'll receive store credit for the value of the returned product. This store credit can be used for future purchases on www.aavinyaa.com.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Products returned in a used condition or without original tags and packaging may not qualify for store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email support@aavinyaa.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the product.

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or provide store credit at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
