  1. Shipping Locations
    We currently ship across India.
    International shipping is not available at this time.

  2. Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  3. Shipping Time & Delivery
    Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
    ‣ Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    ‣ Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
    ‣ Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Charges
    ‣ Standard Shipping: ₹49 (free on orders above ₹999)
    ‣ COD (Cash on Delivery): Additional ₹100 may apply
    ‣ Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders

  2. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your shipment status in real time.

  3. Delayed or Lost Orders
    If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at support@aavinyaa.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

  4. Incorrect Shipping Address
    Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  5. Delivery Partners
    We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  6. Incomplete Deliveries
    If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. If any item is missing, email us at support@aavinyaa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
